Cost
to participate:

$100 per ticket includes two nights
camping, morning tea and lunch on the trail. The trail ride is though some of
the most beautiful country around the Kangaroo Valley region.

Accommodation: Camping is available at the showground from the 15^th –
17^th November. There are limited yards, you must call Nicole to book
yards at an additional cost or BYO portable electric yards. BYO horse food and
buckets.

Conditions
of entry:

• No
  stallions.
• Helmets
  are compulsory under the age of 18, junior riders under 16 must be
  accompanied by their parent or guardian.
• ATHRA
  ride rules are compulsory for this ride.
• No dogs
  are permitted at event.

Friday,15 November

You can arrive at camp
from: 4:00pm

Welcome/dinner
from: 6:00 – 8:00pm

Friendly Inn Hotel (right next to the grounds)

Saturday,16
November 2024:

Breakfast at the
Friendly Inn Hotel hosted by the local Lions Club: 6:00 – 8:00am

Horseless Muster /
Pre-ride talk: 8:30am

Mounted gathering: 8:50am

Trail Ride Departs:  9:00am

Morning
Tea:  11:00 -11:30 am

Lunch: 1:00 –
2:00pm

Trail ride ends: 4:00pm

Dinner and
Auction:  6:00 –
8:00pm

Held at the Friendly
Inn Hotel

Lucky door prize
and merchandise available

Entertainment at
Friendly Inn Hotel:  7:00 – 10:00pm
