CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

This event will be run under Athra Navigation Ride Rules.

·        
Proof of Athra membership receipt  to be shown at secretary office  on day            

·        
Riders to compete
in pairs. Riders
under 16 years to be accompanied by an adult.

·        
All riders must present for gear check at least 10 minutes prior to their ride out time.  Safe gear.

·        
Bridle or saddle cloth numbers
to be worn on both sides, provided
by riders.

·        
No refund of entry fees after closing
date unless veterinary/medical certificate supplied within 14 days of the event

·        
Protests to be accompanied by a $20.00

·        
The Organising Committee of the DHAC reserves the right to refuse entry
without stating a reason.

·        
DHAC committee does not accept
any liability for Accidents
or damages

·        
Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

·        
Helmets for under 16
riders

·        
Good
facilities, Camping. Showers  Toilets onsite.
Water.

Terrain mostly on
gravel and dirt bush tracks. Some Bitumen rds
