About Us
The Manning Trail Horse Riders Club Inc is a small, active, family friendly club.
Our emphasis is on horse welfare, the safety of our riders and enjoying time with each other and our horses.
The Club holds regular trail rides (at least 2 per month) throughout the Mid North Coast. In 2025, we aim to hold at least 2 weekend camps and support larger camps held by ATHRA. In between club rides, members meet and go exploring together for non-Club rides.
Club members also do bulk purchasing of hay, Pony Coat, wormers etc. We also have a very active, members only Facebook group page. This serves as a platform for members to keep in touch with each, organise events, sell items and share information.

Meetings
We meet bimonthly, starting in February, on the first Wednesday evening of the month to organise rides and events for the coming period. The meeting is a social event at a local club with all members welcome to attend, a number of members come prior to the meeting to enjoy a meal together.
Manning Trail Horse Riders Club Inc started in 1974, it was known back then as the Manning Adult Riders Club.
At that time it was the only horse-riding club in the Manning district and it catered for all types of horse related activities. In 2024, we celebrated our Club’s 50th year with a weekend away exploring Tanban State Forest.
