The Lion's Club facilities at Reservoir Drive, Wynyard has been booked for the nights Friday 28th March and Saturday 29th March.  The facility is in an enclosed (fenced) area, but individual fencing for horses will be required.  Camping equipment will also be required or there is a cabin in the area, with a large room where swags etc can be used.  Limited cooking facilities exist, but to save cleaning etc, it is propose that members join in for counter meals at the local pub.

The ride on Saturday will be 4-5 hours leaving at 11am.  Another shorter ride 1-1.5 hrs will be held on the Sunday.

The cost to hire this facility is $150 per day.  The club will pay for one day and members are asked to share the cost of the other day.  Depending on numbers the cost to members should be around $20 - $30.

Reservoir Drive is located off the Bass Highway, Travel time towing a float is approx 1hr 10mins from Devonport.
